If an item is defective or damaged before use, please contact us immediately to receive a partial or full refund, depending on the item's condition.

Please double-check all personal information you enter including Full Name, Full Address, Phone Number, etc. to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Failed deliveries or lost packages due to incomplete information cannot be replaced or refunded.

Make sure to check your spam or other folders for email updates and order information from us.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

For international shipping, customs duties and import taxes are included.

For failed deliveries due to absence, incomplete address, or other information issues, the item will be held at the Post Office and you must contact them or the courier company. Failure to do so within the allotted time may result in your item being returned to us or destroyed.
